Customer Service - Insurance Claims Officer
Clarks Logan City Bus Service – Loganlea QLD
Investigating and processing vehicle accident claims, acting as primary point of contact for Clarks, Drivers and Third Parties to guide through claims process. Liaising with insurance brokers to prioritise assessment of damage and repair approval, maintaining accurate accident and customer service records within electronic database, and supporting the customer service team with reception duties, complaints and lost property.
Key responsibilities
Investigating and processing vehicle accident claims

Support customer service team with reception duties, complaints and lost property
About you
Minimum 1-2 years' experience processing motor vehicle insurance and CTP claims
Strong understanding of motor vehicle parts, repair methodologies, and collision liability rules
Well-developed verbal communication and interpersonal skills
Well-developed time management and organisational skills
The ability to follow and comply with company Policies and Procedures
Be punctual, presentable and courteous always
Proficient in MS Office applications
