Swimming Pool Technician at Clark Rubber. Clark Rubber is a retail icon in the Australian market well known for its foam, rubber and pool categories. The role is predominantly out on the road, with some retail shop work required during the cooler months of the year.
Key responsibilities
General pool maintenance including cleaning, testing and balancing domestic swimming pools
Routine maintenance, troubleshooting and repair of swimming pool equipment including pumps, filters, chlorinators and pool cleaners
Sales and installation of new equipment
Quote generation and follow up
Scheduling and inventory management
About you
Able to work autonomously without supervision but also able to work in a team environment as required
Excellent communication skills including strong written and spoken English
Well presented, polite and professional in dealings with customers
Current driver's license with a good driving record
Highly motivated, with a positive attitude and ability to work unsupervised
Willingness to learn the latest techniques and technology
Previous plumbing, electrical or gas experience would be an advantage but not essential
Experience in onsite swimming pool service/maintenance preferred but not essential
