Clark Rubber Campbelltown is seeking a Sales Assistant to join our team on a casual basis. This is an excellent opportunity to work in the retail and consumer products sector, delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the smooth operation of our store. What you'll be doing:
- Greeting customers warmly and providing friendly, knowledgeable assistance as they browse our product range
- Processing sales transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems
- Recommending products based on customer needs and providing expert product information
- Maintaining a clean, well-organised and visually appealing store environment
- Restocking shelves and ensuring products are displayed attractively and accessibly
- Handling customer enquiries and resolving issues professionally and courteously
- Assisting with stock management, including receiving and checking deliveries
- Supporting promotional activities and ensuring displays comply with company standards
- Collaborating with team members to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently
What we're looking for:
- Previous retail or customer service experience is advantageous but not essential
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a genuine passion for helping customers
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple tasks
- Reliability and punctuality, with flexibility to work various shifts as required
