As a brand, we strive to offer the best products, advice and service solutions across pools, foam and rubber. With such a broad product range, our customers range from young families, tradies, hobbyists, and even commercial business customers.
We're looking for outgoing, knowledgeable, focused, and motivated individuals with experience in retail sales to join the team on a casual basis. Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Greeting customers and providing excellent customer service
- Giving advice and solutions to customers
- Achieving KPIs and sales budgets
- Processing sales orders and quotes
- Working in a team environment to help achieve business objectives
- Stocking shelves with merchandise and general housekeeping
- Setting up in-store promotions and merchandising
- Being involved in stock control and management
- Receipting, managing and ticketing large amounts of stock
- Being responsible for processing cash and card payments
- Dealing with customer refunds
- Reporting discrepancies and problems to the management team
- Water Testing for customers
- Other tasks and duties as required
