We're looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Business Development Associate to join our growing Property Management Team.

The Role
You will be working alongside our lively, supportive Property Management Team in a varied role that combines leasing, relationship management and business development.
Reporting to the Property Management Team Leader, you'll play an important part in growing our rent roll, securing quality tenants and delivering an exceptional experience to our landlords.
Business Development & Growth

Proactively identifying and connecting with potential landlords looking for property management services.

Generating leads and arranging appointments for our Property Management Team.

Working towards a target of 12 new managements per month.

Building and maintaining a pipeline of prospective landlords through consistent follow-up.

Developing strong relationships with existing property owners and identifying opportunities for future business.
Leasing & Property Management
-
Coordinating leasing activities for existing and new managements.

Organising and conducting property inspections.

Maintaining regular communication with landlords and providing timely feedback.

Preparing and distributing weekly leasing reports.
-
Working closely with the Business Development Managers and Property Management Team to ensure a smooth leasing experience.

Assisting the team with additional Property Management duties as required.
Skills & Experience
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:

A current driver's licence and reliable vehicle.

A Queensland Real Estate Registration Certificate, or willingness to obtain one.
