Clark Miller is seeking an experienced ASIC & Compliance Officer in Sydney to join our Business Services team. You will manage corporate compliance, ASIC administration, client onboarding and regulatory processes, ensuring high-quality service and strict compliance standards.
As part of our collaborative, client-focused firm, you will coordinate a broad range of compliance and administrative functions, including ASIC forms, incorporations, annual reviews, changes, resolutions, and AML/KYC.
