The opportunity
We are seeking a motivated Trainee Parts Interpreter to join our Newcastle team.
Reporting to the Spare Parts Manager, you will be responsible for providing quality customer service and parts interpretation support to our extensive customer base.
The role involves
- Receiving and processing phone enquiries and orders.
- Managing internet enquiries and orders in a timely manner.
- Customer service, both external and internal parts sales and quotations.
- Interpreting and processing technical parts enquiries.
- Managing inventory database.
- General stores duties when required.
