Europcar is seeking an enthusiastic Fleet Finance Team Leader to join our Head Office team in Tullamarine, Victoria on a full-time basis. Reporting to the Fleet Finance Manager, this role will oversee the efficient and accurate processing of fleet sales, payouts, and collections.
Some of the key responsibilities include:
- Process the end-to-end processing of vehicle sales, disposals, write-offs, and finance payouts.
- Maintain accurate financial records, reconciliations, and journals for all fleet-related transactions.
- Liaise with finance companies to manage liabilities, payments, and contract terminations.
- Monitor and minimise debtor balances, finance charges, and penalties.
- Prepare monthly and year-end reconciliations, ensuring compliance with accounting and lease standards.
- Support audits and undertake special projects as directed by the Fleet Finance Manager.
To be considered for this position you should possess:
- Degree qualified or working towards in Finance, Accounting or Business.
- Previous administration or finance related experience is advantageous.
- Experience working with different systems is highly desirable.
- Ability to work under pressure, prioritise tasks and meet timelines.
- Basic accounting, credit and collection principles.
- High attention to detail.
