About the Role
- Managing litigation matters from start to finish, with supervision
- Drafting pleadings, court documents, affidavits, and correspondence
- Conducting legal research and assisting with advice and strategy
- Preparing briefs to counsel
- Attending mediations, pre-hearing conferences, and court appearances
- Liaising and meeting with clients, insurers, counsel, and third parties
- Ensuring compliance with legislation, court rules, and Lexon
- Time recording, billing, and diary management
- Meeting CPD requirements and taking part in firm training

About You
- 1-3 years' post-admission experience in litigation (insolvency experience advantageous but not essential)
- Strong drafting skills, particularly in pleadings and court documents
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities
- Confidence in managing client relationships with appropriate supervision
- A proactive mindset and willingness to learn
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a team
- Strong time management skills and the ability to meet competing deadlines
