This is a 6-month Remuneration & Benefits contract based in Western Sydney. It suits a senior reward specialist who likes building things properly rather than maintaining someone else's system. The business has grown quickly over the last two years and the reward side hasn't kept pace. Some foundations are in place, but they were built for a much smaller company. Your job is to design, get sign-off on and launch three things:

  • A long-term incentive (LTI) plan
  • A modern employee benefits program

At the end of the contract you'll hand it over to someone who runs it day to day. The role is offered as a fixed-term contract for 6 months with potential to extend.
