The predicted salary is between 63000 - 77000 $ per year.
This is a predominantly site-based position, working directly alongside company directors, project managers and site supervisors to coordinate and deliver construction projects across regional NSW.
The successful candidate will spend most of their working time onsite, supporting construction crews and overseeing safe, efficient and compliant project delivery.
Key responsibilities
Manage and coordinate civil and commercial construction projects.
Provide hands-on engineering support to onsite construction teams.
Oversee daily site operations, construction progress and quality control.
Manage project programming, scheduling, budgeting and cost control.
Prepare ITPs, quality assurance documentation, SWMS and project reports.
Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, materials, plant and equipment.
Manage procurement, progress claims, variations and contractual documentation.
Liaise with clients, consultants, engineers and government authorities.
About you
Qualifications in Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline.
Experience in civil construction, earthworks, concrete or infrastructure projects.
Strong technical knowledge of construction processes and Australian Standards.
Experience in project planning, cost management and contract administration.
Excellent communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
Practical, hands-on approach and willingness to work predominantly onsite.
Current Australian driver's licence and willingness to travel throughout regional NSW.
