Civeo Australia is seeking a Learning Delivery Lead to take end-to-end responsibility for learning programs at Bowen Basin sites. The role involves hands-on delivery of onboarding, leadership and values-based training, plus coordinating apprenticeship programs and maintaining LMS records.
You will partner with site leaders to ensure practical, engaging learning aligned to operational priorities, with 9 days on, 5 days off roster in Coppabella or Dysart, and travel as required.
