We currently have exciting opportunities for experienced Food and Beverage Supervisors to join our DIDO team in the Bowen Basin, QLD. This is a hands-on leadership role supervising the team of General Assistants within the dining room and crib area to drive continuous improvement to our food service. This is a permanent full-time role on a 14:7 DIDO roster - driving to site locally, or catching our staff bus from Mackay, QLD.
About You:
- Strong leadership experience in large catering environments (hotels, functions, remote accommodation)
- Experience working in high volume, fast paced work environments
- Passion for training and developing staff, with exceptional communication skills
- Basic computer and administrative skills, being detail-oriented and punctual
- Licensed driver, with the confidence to drive on site
