About The Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Officer (Casual) to be the first point of contact for our patrons. In this role, you will provide friendly and efficient service, ensuring every visitor has a positive experience at our Centre.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Greeting and assisting patrons at the front desk
- Handling telephone and in-person enquiries
- Processing forms, payments, and point-of-sale transactions
- Providing administrative support to the Swim School
- Using initiative to resolve day-to-day customer issues
