- Delivery of organisation wide capability development programs/learning initiatives including behavioural safety training
- Monitoring and managing learning via our online learning system.

Our new capability development partner will be part of our People and Capability team reporting to the Leadership and Capability Manager to deliver corporate initiatives that drive capability uplift across the greater organisation. Your expert people and design skills will enable you to drive and create confident, capable and empowered individuals and leaders to achieve success at City of Moreton Bay.
About the role:
- Permanent Full Time | 9 day fortnight
- $103,597 pa + super
- Qld Local Government Industry Award (Stream A) - Level 5 of EBA
- Hybrid, flexible working environment, including at least 2 work from home days/week.
