City of Canning seeks an experienced Service Lead Leisure Facilities to provide strategic and operational leadership across Canning and Riverton Leisureplexes. You will drive performance, customer experience and continuous improvement, reporting to the Manager Recreation & Leisure Services.
You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage budgets, and grow membership and attendance while partnering with community groups to deliver inclusive programs and safe, compliant services across the leisure.
