The Role
Based out of Underwood, a newly developed position within our organization has been created for a proactive, motivated, driven individual to join us in a Full Time / Permanent capacity as a Parts Interpreter. A role where you will support and advise both internal & external stakeholders on parts, across our new range of products to minimize downtime & maximize productivity.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Improving the overall customer satisfaction experience
- Liaising with internal departments to respond to customer enquiries
- Implementing process & procedure successfully and following it
- Ensuring compliance with company guidelines and directives
- Inventory Management
- Liaising with internal & external stakeholders
Critical to your success will be:
- Minimum 2 years in a related inventory role
- A strong mechanical knowledge of trucks and trailer parts
- Fantastic relationship building skills
- Experience with the Microsoft Office suite of business products
- A sense of urgency in everything you undertake
- C Class Drivers Licence
- Ability to create and maintain strong interpersonal relationships
- High level of communication in both phone and email
