Join Our Cleaning Crew!
Based in Bathurst, NSW, you’ll handle daily cleaning at your site and support a small team across nearby centres—providing troubleshooting, training during site visits, and updating the Cleaning Operations Supervisor on standards and performance.

Key Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality cleaning services on time and to scope.
- Clean activity rooms, amenities, and shared spaces; disinfect high-touch surfaces.
- Dust, vacuum, mop, and spot-clean doors and windows.
- Safely use chemicals, equipment, and machinery; perform physical tasks.
- Supervise and train team members through site visits and hands‑on support.
- Act as first contact for on‑site queries and elevate urgent issues.
- Manage equipment and supplies, reporting faults and maintaining stock.
- Follow all OH&S policies and procedures.
*The successful candidate may occasionally be required to work across sites, including travel to Orange to support coverage requirements.
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Previous cleaning experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to lead a small team
- Confidence in troubleshooting cleaning equipment (advantageous)
- A smartphone for work communication.
- Valid working rights in Australia.
- Driver’s licence and reliable car (essential)
- Willing to obtain a Police Check and Working with Children Check.
