City Cave Float and Wellness Centre – Everton Park QLD is growing its massage team, and we're looking for passionate Massage Therapists who want to join an established wellness centre with strong client demand.
This isn't about simply filling another massage roster. We're looking for therapists who genuinely care about their craft, their clients and being part of a reliable, fun-loving team. In return, we want to create an opportunity that works for you too.

A broader approach to wellness
City Cave brings together massage, float therapy and infrared sauna under one roof, giving our therapists the opportunity to work within a genuine wellness environment rather than a traditional massage-only clinic.
Who we're looking for
Qualifications matter, but the person behind them matters just as much. We're looking for someone who is:
- Reliable and committed to the availability they agree to
- Warm, professional and genuinely client-focused
- Passionate about massage and continuing to develop their skills
- Comfortable working as part of a broader centre team
- Confident delivering high-quality treatments within their scope of practice
- Interested in building long-term relationships with clients rather than simply moving through appointments
Remedial qualifications are highly regarded, however we'd also love to hear from therapists with strong relaxation, deep tissue, sports or other relevant massage experience.
