Whatyou'llbe responsible for

You’llbe joining our HR and WHS Advisory team-the engine room of ourorganisation-delivering trusted, practical guidance to businesses across Australia and New Zealand.

Here'swhat your days will look like

• Own complex grievances, investigationsand terminationmattersfor our top-tier clients
• Provide robust, commercially focused workplace relations advice that mitigates legal and reputational risk
• Prepare claim responses (e. g. FWC matters) and coordinate conciliation documentation
• Deliver client training, webinars andfacilitateimplementation meetings
• Act as a trusted advisor within significant client accounts, spotting where else we can add value
• Maintain rigorous case documentation and milestone tracking

You'rethe kind of person whodoesn'twaitto be told what to do-you see a problem and get on with solving it. Beyond that, here'swhat will set you up for success:

• Advanced award literacy and confidence classifying roles and confirming pay compliance
• Proven experience managing complex ER/IR cases end-to-end, with sound judgement on risk and escalation
• Strong facilitation and training delivery skills
• Clear, plain-English communicator who builds client trust and empathy
• Structured written analysis with clear, implementable recommendations
• Calm under pressure, with the stakeholder influencetomatch
