Cirql is leading a major Workforce Management transition project, designing and delivering the end-to-end training strategy for UKG WFM Pro. You will train frontline staff, support services, and operational leaders, ensuring adoption and successful rollout across national sites.
The role requires facilitation of diverse sessions, creation of accessible digital learning assets, and hands-on coaching through go-live phases. Travel interstate will be required as part of key delivery events.
