Casual Cleaner (Shifts available between 7:00am and 5:00pm) - Carnegie, Windsor, Caulfield, VIC

We have recently started providing our services for premium aged care facilities across the South-East Melbourne Area and are currently seekinghardworking, reliable and friendly team members who have great communication skills to join our team at Aged Care facilities in Windsor, Carnegie and Caulfield.
- The positions
- Casual positions with the opportunity to convert a permanent contract according to the performance. Monday to Friday shifts between 7:00AM to 5:00PM.
As a member our team, you will play a critical role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards within each residential home, ensuring the safety and well-being of residents and other workers.
Requirements
As you will be working within an aged care environment, you will need to provide proof of the below compliance documentation as part of the recruitment process:
- Right to Work in Australia
- A valid Police Check
- An NDIS Worker Clearance
- Necessary vaccinations (2026 Flu vaccine).
- Willingness to take a free covid test on site at the start of each working day and wear mask throughout the entire shift.
Some of your key responsibilities will include
- Completing vacuuming, waste removal, dusting, wiping, mopping, and / or washroom cleaning across common / public areas and within resident rooms.
- Working in a safe manner that does not disrupt others.
- Completing equipment checks.
- Following instructions from your Supervisor / Manager and reporting any issues.
To be considered for this role you will be able to demonstrate that you are a team player with astrong customer service skills and an ability to follow directionsandwork autonomously.
Experience in cleaning is not essential as all training to complete your role effectively and safely will be provided.
