You will analyze and prioritize customer issues and assist with installation and configuration, while maintaining expertise on our product suite.
The role requires 5+ years in medical imaging support, strong English communication, and experience with Windows, LAN/WAN, and virtualization. Some travel and on-call rotations are expected.
