PROPERTY MANAGER | 70 PROPERTIES | $90K + SUPER
My client is a well-established agency in Brisbane's Inner northern suburbs, known for strong leadership, a supportive team culture and a genuinely family-friendly environment.
This opportunity is ideal for a Property Manager looking for the opportunity to move into a Team Leader role as the portfolio grows.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
- Coordinating repairs and maintenance
- Managing arrears and lease renewals
- Responding to and resolving escalated tenancy matters
- Preparing for and attending QCAT hearings when required
- Overseeing the day-to-day management of the portfolio
- Some Business Development to assist in growing the portfolio
- Clean portfolio of 70 properties
- Walk into a small portfolio giving you time to get to know your landlords and tenants
- WFH 1 - 2 days a week
- Flexible and supportive working environment
- No micromangement
- Genuine work life balance
About you:
- Minimum 3 + years in property management
- Excellent Attention to detail and organizational skills
- The ability to work autonomously
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
