This is an exciting opportunity for an energetic, experienced professional to join our boutique in Sydney CBD.
The Role:
- Build strong client relationships and client book
- Deliver and maintain a constant high-end luxury experience
- Carrying out shop in shop operational duties
- Liaising with customers on repairs and aftersales service
- Maintenance of stock levels and visual merchandising
- Demonstrate a constant awareness and actively striving to achieve key performance indicators in order to increase boutique/concession performance and reach individual and store targets
- Provide exceptional standards of customer experience surpassing customer expectations at every opportunity by following Christian Louboutin Sales Ceremony
The Candidate:
- Relevant experience, preferably in the luxury retail sector
- Passionate about sales, fashion and trends
- Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with clients, colleagues and management
- Demonstrate and reflect the luxury brand image through customer service, attitude, personal grooming, dress code and behaviour
- High drive to reach and exceed sales targets
- Motivated and committed with a can do attitude – able to meet the demands of a busy boutique with enthusiasm, high energy levels and a determination to achieve a consistently strong sales record
- Brand awareness – show keen interest in Christian Louboutin brand and have strong product and technical knowledge
- Must be available to work at least one weekend day
