An established and highly regarded real estate agency in the Inner West is looking for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join its property management team.
The role pays $120,000 plus superannuation, above what most Sydney agencies are offering for this position, with a clear pathway to Head of Department for the right person.
This is your portfolio to own. You will be the main point of contact for landlords, tenants and trades. You will manage maintenance and arrears, rent reviews and lease renewals, inspections and NSW Civil and Administrative Tribunal matters, and keep every file compliant.
You make decisions without being told, back your judgement and set the standard for the team. You will report directly to management and work alongside experienced Property Managers in a stable business with a strong local name.
A current NSW Certificate of Registration is required.
At least three to five years of residential property management experience is required, along with strong knowledge of NSW tenancy legislation.
