We're seeking an experienced Commercial Property Officer or Commercial Property Manager to take ownership of a well-maintained commercial portfolio of approximately 100 properties, with the opportunity to grow the portfolio to around 120.
Working within a supportive and professional team, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day management of the portfolio while building strong relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors. In addition to your base salary, you'll earn 30% commission on all additional income generated, including lease renewal fees and market rent negotiation fees.
About You
- Previous experience in commercial property management as either a Commercial Property Manager or Commercial Property Officer.
- Strong understanding of commercial lease administration and day-to-day portfolio management.
- Experience liaising confidently with commercial landlords, tenants, contractors and service providers.
- Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach with the ability to work autonomously.
- Experience coordinating maintenance, compliance and contractor management.
- Experience using commercial property management software will be highly regarded.
- A team player who enjoys working in a collaborative and professional environment.
To Be Successful, You'll Have
- Previous commercial property management experience (essential).
- A current NSW Certificate of Registration or Class 2 Real Estate Licence.
- A current Australian driver's licence and reliable vehicle.
- Strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
- A professional, client-focused approach with a genuine commitment to delivering exceptional service.
