THE ROLE |
The Commercial Coordinator role is responsible for undertaking administrative and office support duties for our major commercial and insurance clients to ensure the work is facilitated by our Choices Flooring stores in a professional, efficient, and proactive manner
LOCATION |
Rowville with ample onsite parking. The position is Full Time – (Monday to Friday 8:30am to 5:00pm.)

ABOUT THE ROLE:
Accurate data entry and allocation of work to Choices Flooring members
Updating files and records
Submitting of quotations to Insurance and Commercial Clients.
Answering telephone calls and handling phone/email inquiries
Communicating with Choices Flooring members regarding approval, processing and cancellation of jobs.
Processing of invoices
Assist the team with any insurance or commercial related tasks as required.
ESSENTIAL SKILLS:
Minimum 2 years administrative experience in a busy office environment
Experience working with builders or commercial clients an advantage
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
High level of written and verbal communication
Enjoys customer service and assisting others
Focused on the achievement of common goals
Establishes and maintains effective relationships with internal and external customers
