The broader position description also places significant emphasis on strategic modelling, business cases, commercial insights, business partnering, continuous improvement and supporting M&A activity.
The Role
You will work closely with senior leadership and take responsibility for improving the quality, consistency and commercial impact of FP&A.

About You
This would suit an established FP&A or commercial finance professional who enjoys being close to the business and wants more than a traditional reporting role.
You will ideally bring:
- Strong FP&A, commercial analysis and financial modelling experience.
- Advanced Excel capability.
- Experience building budgets, forecasts, financial models and business cases.
- Strong business partnering skills with the confidence to engage and challenge senior stakeholders.
- Exposure to BI, dashboards or reporting improvement.
- The ability to operate autonomously in a fast-moving and evolving environment.
- A commercial, pragmatic and outcomes-focused approach.
- Experience in a complex, multi-entity, high-growth or private equity backed environment would be advantageous.
- Exposure to M&A would also be highly regarded.
- CA/CPA or equivalent professional qualification.
Why This Role?
This is a genuine opportunity to have an impact beyond the traditional FP&A remit.
You will join an organisation with a strong appetite for change, automation and better use of data, while gaining exposure to strategic decision-making, transformation and growth initiatives.
For someone ambitious, it offers the opportunity to build strong private equity experience and position themselves for broader commercial finance leadership roles longer term.
