Chips Plumbing and Building – Wetherill Park NSW
Over construction? Looking for a stable and reliable job, with variety?
Chips Property Trade Services runs commercial maintenance work for big-name retail, government and health clients across NSW and the ACT — not construction. You're not tied to a build program, you're not waiting on other trades, and you're not doing the same job on repeat for six months straight.
The opportunity
You run your own day. Different sites, different problems, different clients — sometimes three or four locations in one day. No site foreman breathing down your neck, no waiting around for the next trade to finish up. You get the job, you work out how to fix it and you move on.
Independence, real variety.
Long-term contracts with major clients mean the work doesn't dry up when a job wraps. This is ongoing, reliable work, week in, week out.
What's in it for you
- Solid hourly rate + overtime opportunities (including on-call works)
- Ute, phone allowance, uniform, 38 hour week (RDO)
- Steady, long-term client base (like Woolworths, Coles and government contracts) — not project-based work that ends
- Work independently across a range of commercial sites — no standing around waiting on other trades
- No selling, no cold calls, no chasing payments
What you need
- Full Australian working rights
- Solid commercial maintenance plumbing experience— you can problem-solve, not just follow a checklist
- Current White Card
- Plumbing Licence + Cert III (non-negotiable) or IV
- TMV/backflow experience — bonus points, not a dealbreaker
