What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high‑quality educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Create engaging, play‑based learning experiences that support each child’s development
- Build strong, respectful relationships with children and families
- Collaborate with educators to maintain a positive and reflective team culture
- Support the service to meet and exceed the National Quality Framework (NQF)
- Contribute to curriculum planning, observations, and documentation
What You’ll Bring:
- A genuine commitment to child safety, speaking up, always doing the right thing, and alignment with Busy Bees values
- Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA‑approved equivalent)
- Current Teacher Accreditation/Registration for WA or ability to obtain
- Strong knowledge of the EYLF and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Experience working as an Early Childhood Teacher within Australia is highly regarded
- Current Working with Children Check for WA
- A genuine passion for child‑led learning and ongoing professional growth
