The predicted salary is between 58500 - 71500 $ per year.
As a key member of our family law team, you will manage your own caseload from commencement through to resolution, handling a variety of parenting and property matters.
Key responsibilities:
- Managing family law matters from initial consultation through to final resolution
- Conducting negotiations, mediations and court-related work where required
- Providing practical and strategic advice to clients
- Liaising with clients, barristers, opposing solicitors and the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia
- Working independently
About you:
- A minimum of 3 years' post-admission experience in family law
- Demonstrated experience managing family law files independently
- A current NSW practising certificate
- Strong knowledge of parenting and property law
- Excellent client management and communication skills
- The ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment
- The ability to attend our Bankstown office on a full-time basis
