We are looking for Managers right now! As a Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of restaurant management and profitability to meet our high brand standards, customer promises, and quality and safety standards, all whilst delivering on key performance areas such as sales, food cost, labour spend, and other controllable expenses.
You will lead teams, provide clear direction, coaching, and support to prepare and serve delicious food and create feel-good customer experiences through every interaction. You will use your strong business acumen and commitment to continuous improvement to optimise profit, create a positive culture, and drive costs down while improving the customer experience and maintaining our high standards.
As a manager, you will be an expert multi-tasker who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You will have demonstrated management experience in the hospitality industry and strong commercial acumen, be able to translate direction into action, demonstrate a knack for leading, inspiring, and supporting the crew to be at their best every day, and be committed to continuous improvement while always championing the customer experience.
