  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver innovative, value-added services and solutions that meet customer needs and promote mutual growth.

What will ensure your success in the role:

  • Experience in Key Account Management (or National Accounts), ideally with growth-focused exposure (business development or expanding customer partnerships).
  • Commercial acumen - confident interpreting financial/commercial information and translating it into customer plans and actions.
  • A structured approach to account planning, pipeline management and review cadences (e.g., QBR-style rhythms).
  • Advanced negotiation and influencing capability - able to balance customer outcomes with commercial discipline.
  • Strong communication and presentation capability - credible with senior stakeholders and able to tell a clear commercial story.
  • Curious, analytical and proactive - you dig into detail, ask great questions, and turn insight into practical actions.
