We do a lot of our learning through on-the-job training, which helps us build confidence and understand the day-to-day tasks more clearly. As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:
- Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
- Assist customers with general queries
- Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
- Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
- Setting up displays for catalogue promotions
