  • Assess business, process, policy, governance, data and service impacts, and give evidence-based recommendations.
  • Provide business analysis expertise through solution design, making sure configurations align with requirements and agreed outcomes.
  • Define and validate requirements for data migration, integrations, reporting, workflow and security roles, and support mapping, cleansing and reconciliation.
  • Develop business scenarios, test cases and expected outcomes, and support SIT, UAT, payroll parallel activities, defect triage, retesting and acceptance evidence.
  • Facilitate workshops with business owners, SMEs, project teams and vendors to build agreement on requirements and future-state processes.
  • Provide analysis and artefacts for change impact, communications, training, readiness, cutover, go-live and transition to operations.
  • Maintain accurate, current and auditable requirements, process, decision and analysis artefacts in line with program governance and quality standards.
  • Support hypercare, lessons learned, benefits measurement and sustainable process and control improvements.

About you:

  • A relevant degree with substantial relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of experience and education or training.
  • Substantial experience as a Business Analyst in a large, complex organisation, preferably within an ERP or enterprise transformation program.
  • Proven experience eliciting, analysing, documenting, validating and managing complex business and functional requirements.
  • Proven experience mapping current and future-state processes, running gap and impact analysis, and supporting process redesign.
  • Knowledge of business process design, service delivery models and one or more of HR, Payroll, Finance, Procurement, workforce management or Time & Attendance.
  • Experience supporting enterprise solution design, data migration, integrations, reporting, testing and implementation in complex transformation programs.
  • Highly developed analytical, facilitation, consultation and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to give clear, practical recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including accurate requirements, process, testing and governance documentation.
  • Workday experience is desirable.
  • A demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity and ethical practice, and knowledge of equal employment opportunity and workplace health and safety.
