Charley's Place Early Learning Holland Park is opening its doors in 2026, and we are building a passionate, dedicated team of Early Childhood Educators who are ready to inspire young minds and help shape a beautiful new learning community from day one. Key responsibilities
- Create a warm, nurturing, inclusive, and inspiring learning environment
- Build strong, respectful partnerships with children, families, and the community
- Support, mentor, and collaborate with educators in your room/team
- Ensure compliance with the National Quality Framework, EYLF, Child Safe Standards and service policies
- Contribute to a positive, joyful team culture grounded in Play, Education, and Success
