As a Dental Receptionist at Charlestown Dental Care, you will provide a friendly and professional first point of contact for our patients while supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
This is a casual position, up to 4 days per week, based in our modern practice in Charlestown.
Key responsibilities
- Welcoming and assisting patients
- Answering phones and managing patient enquiries
- Booking and managing appointments
- Maintaining accurate patient records
- Processing payments and health fund claims
- General reception and administrative duties
- Chairside dental assisting as required
- Supporting the dental team to ensure the practice runs smoothly
About you
- Friendly, professional and welcoming manner
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a busy environment
- Previous dental experience is preferred but not essential
- Dental 4 Windows experience would be an advantage
- Willingness to assist with chairside duties when required
- Ability to work well as part of a team
