About the role
Join the vibrant team in our Marian, Queensland store. You will play a key part in keeping our warehouse and goods inwards area running to serve the needs of the community.
What you'll be doing:
- Receiving and processing incoming goods, checking deliveries against purchase orders
- Unloading and unpacking items, ensuring they are stored in the correct location
- Delivering goods throughout the Marian area using a company vehicle
- Updating inventory records and stock levels in our warehouse management system
- Assisting with stock takes and other warehouse administration duties
- Maintaining a clean and organised work environment
- Collaborating with the wider warehouse and logistics teams
What we're looking for:
- Goods receiving and checking deliveries against purchase orders
- Warehouse, stores, logistics, or inventory experience
- Accurate data entry and inventory/stock control
- Forklift operation and a current forklift licence
- Safe unloading, unpacking, and storage of goods
- Stocktakes and warehouse administration
- Good housekeeping and organisation
- Teamwork and communication
- Basic computer skills / warehouse management systems
- Proactive attitude and commitment to safety and continuous improvement
