About the role:
- Vacancies exist for Casual Retail Assistants across our stores located at Leichhardt, Randwick, Revesby, Caringbah, Narellan, Penrith, Campbelltown, Hurstville, Chatswood and Dee Why (please include your top 3 store locations in your application).
- We are looking for active, well presented, friendly, and motivated people who enjoy customer interaction and are motivated to learn about our various products to provide the best in-store experience for every customer.
- Friendly and approachable, with a can-do attitude to customers and team members.
- Ability to undertake retail functions: sales transactions at POS, greeting and listening to customer needs, assisting the store manager and other team members in restocking & merchandising, tidying, packing, cleaning and answering phone calls.
- Ability to be trained on our POS system (in-store training is provided).
- Trustworthy and accountable for in-store security and transaction accuracy.
- Flexibility and availability to work during school holidays and peak times e.g. back-to-school.
- Experience in retail clothing or children's retail environment (preferred but not essential).
- As a casual Retail Assistant, you may be required to be flexible with rostered days between our stores.

- Fully supported by Retail Area Manager, Retail Cluster & Store Management teams.
- No nights, Sundays or public holidays.
