Char Barossa is seeking a Sous Chef to join our kitchen team ASAP. The successful candidate will manage a busy line, maintain high standards, and support both the Head Chef and junior staff.
You will be responsible for cooking to menu specifications, supervising colleagues, and collaborating on menu development while ensuring quality, consistency, and safety during all services. The position follows a Wed-Sunday schedule with Mondays off for public holidays.
