Based in Launceston or Ulverstone, the Chief Executive Officer will report to the Board and be accountable for the strategic leadership, operational performance and long-term sustainability of the organisation.
The role will lead safe, high-quality and person-centred services, strengthen organisational capability and culture, navigate an evolving service and funding environment, and build trusted relationships with government, funders, regulators, partners and communities.
The successful candidate will bring substantial senior executive experience in a complex, regulated, multi-service not-for-profit, community, health, disability or child and family services environment.
Strong financial acumen and a track record of leading change and innovation are essential.
An inclusive and collaborative leadership style, combined with the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, will be equally important.
Highly developed stakeholder and relationship skills and strong alignment together with Glenhaven’s values of compassion, hope, respect, integrity and support, will be integral to the role.
