About the Role
As a Junior Business Analyst, you will support the analysis, documentation, testing and delivery of business and technology solutions across client and internal projects.
Working closely with stakeholders, development teams and project managers, you'll help ensure requirements are clearly defined, solutions meet business needs and projects are successfully tested, deployed and delivered.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements.
- Develop functional specifications, user stories and process documentation.
- Participate in stakeholder workshops and project meetings.
- Assist with solution design and validation activities.
- Support testing, defect management and deployment activities.
- Collaborate with Project Managers, Developers, Product Teams and Clients.
- Maintain project documentation and delivery artefacts.
- Support successful project and BAU delivery outcomes.
