Kalgoorlie, WA | Residential Role | Company Vehicle | Relocation Support
Are you an experienced mining professional with a strong background in ESCO Ground Engaging Tools (GET), buckets, lips and wear components? Have you worked in Kalgoorlie and developed strong site-level relationships across the Goldfields? This is an outstanding opportunity to join a global leader in mining technology and wear solutions, taking ownership of key customer relationships and supporting some of Western Australia's most significant surface mining operations. This is a residential Kalgoorlie position. FIFO applications will not be considered.
About the Opportunity
As the company's on-site ESCO representative, you will be responsible for supporting existing customers, monitoring product performance, identifying growth opportunities and defending market share across a portfolio of large mining operations throughout the Goldfields region. You will become the trusted technical advisor for customers, providing expert guidance on ESCO wear products, conducting inspections, delivering performance reports and identifying opportunities to improve productivity and reduce operating costs. Success in this role will come from your ability to build strong site relationships, understand mining operations, and leverage your existing Goldfields network to influence decisions and drive commercial outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous hands-on experience with ESCO products, GET systems, buckets, lips and wear components
- Strong understanding of surface mining operations and heavy mobile equipment
- Existing relationships and networks across Kalgoorlie and Goldfields mine sites
- Demonstrated experience conducting bucket inspections, wear analysis and product performance reporting
- Ability to identify opportunities for product conversions and market share growth
Essential Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience within the mining industry
- Previous experience in a technical, product support, field service or mining sales support role
- Existing knowledge of ESCO products and applications
- Prior work history in the Kalgoorlie region with established site contacts and industry networks
- Ability to travel regularly across customer operations throughout the Goldfields
What’s On Offer
- Highly competitive salary package
- Fully maintained company vehicle
- Four weeks’ temporary accommodation assistance
- Long-term career opportunity with a global industry leader
- Autonomy to manage key accounts and customer relationships
- Exposure to major mining operations and decision-makers
- Opportunity to influence product performance, market growth and customer outcomes
Why Apply?
This role is not suited to someone looking to learn ESCO products from scratch. We are seeking a proven mining industry professional who already understands ESCO applications, has credibility on mine sites, and can leverage established relationships across the Kalgoorlie region to immediately add value. If you have the technical expertise, commercial mindset and Goldfields network to become a trusted advisor to mining customers, we would welcome your application.
