We currently have some exciting opportunities for Labourers to join a large-scale solar farm project located in near Muswellbrook, NSW. This is a great opportunity to gain valuable experience within the growing renewable energy sector while contributing to a significant construction project.
We are currently seeking motivated and reliable Forklift and Telehandler to join the construction team and assist with the delivery of this exciting project. These positions include

Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Site Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:
- Safely operating Forklifts and Telehandlers within an active construction environment.
- Loading, unloading trucks, transporting, and positioning materials, equipment, and solar farm components throughout the project site.
- Supporting construction crews by delivering materials required for daily installation activities.
- Assisting with the unloading and storage of deliveries and maintaining organised laydown areas.
- Conducting daily pre-start inspections and routine equipment checks in accordance with site procedures.
- Ensuring loads are secured, balanced, and transported safely at all times.
- Assisting labouring crews with the erection and assembly of solar mounting structures and solar panel packs when required.
- Maintaining compliance with site safety requirements, traffic management plans, and environmental procedures.
- Working collaboratively with supervisors, plant operators, and construction personnel to meet project milestones.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work area while adhering to all workplace health and safety policies.
About You

- Previous experience operating forklifts and/or Telehandlers within construction, infrastructure, civil, mining, or renewable energy projects.
- Strong commitment to workplace health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Ability to work effectively within a team-based construction environment.
- Strong communication skills and a positive work ethic.
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Physical fitness and capability to perform manual handling tasks safely.
Please note that this role includes physical labour and manual handling duties in addition to forklift / telehandler operation.

Essential Requirements
- High Risk Work Licence Forklift (LF) or CN
- White Card (Construction Induction Card)
- Demonstrated experience operating Forklifts or Telehandler on construction or industrial sites
- Experience operating rough terrain or all-terrain forklifts
- Ability to pass Drug and Alcohol Screening
- Full Australian working rights
- Current Drivers Licence
Highly Regarded
- Current Verification of Competency (VOC) completed within the past two years
- Previous experience on solar farm, infrastructure, mining, or major construction projects
- Proven Telehandler and/or Forklift experience within the related industries
