Freezer Reach Forklift Operator | Long-Term Role in Melbourne

Chandler Macleod are currently seeking experienced Reach Forklift Operators for a long-term opportunity in a high-volume freezer environment (-26°C). If you’re a confident reach operator and comfortable working in extreme cold conditions, we’d like to hear from you.

The role

• Operating a reach forklift in a freezer environment (-26°C)
• Putaways, replenishment and stock movements
• Picking/staging freight and working to site KPIs
• Following WHS procedures and safe forklift operation at all times

Shifts available (Monday to Friday)

• 6:00am – 2:00pm
  or
• 2:30pm – 10:30pm

What we’re looking for

• Proven reach forklift experience (essential)
• Comfortable working in a freezer (-26°C)
• Crown joystick reach experience preferred (not essential)
• Double-deep reach experience preferred (not essential)
• Available for ongoing, long-term work Monday to Friday on one of the shifts above
• Must supply your own compliant freezer PPE gear (yellow in colour)
• Highly recommended you also have your own freezer BOOTS
• Must be able to pass a National Police Check
• Must be able to pass a Drug & Alcohol screen
• Reliable attendance and a strong safety-first attitude
