Strata Manager Location: Liverpool, NSW

An established property and strata management business is seeking an experienced Strata Manager to join its growing team in Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and customer-focused professional to manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes across Sydney, with a focus on South West Sydney.
Working within a supportive and professional environment, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to owners corporations, committee members, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and industry standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a portfolio of small to medium-sized strata schemes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with owners, committees, contractors and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings, agendas, minutes and follow-up actions
- Provide professional advice on strata legislation and compliance matters
- Manage maintenance requests and contractor engagement
- Handle dispute resolution and problem-solving matters
- Ensure accurate record keeping and reporting
- Deliver a high standard of customer service to clients
About You
- Certificate of Registration, Class 2 Licence or Class 1 Licence in Strata Management
- Previous experience managing strata portfolios
- Strong understanding of the Strata Schemes Management Act 2015
- Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and strata management software
