Chandler Macleod is recruiting experienced Assemblers to join the production team at PACCAR Kenworth Trucks, one of Australia’s leading truck manufacturers. You may work in different areas of the production facility, assisting with the assembly of:
- Truck frames and chassis components
- Truck cabs and interior components
- Engines and mechanical components
- Parts and equipment used throughout the production process
Key responsibilities
- Assembling truck components according to work instructions
- Using hand and power tools safely and accurately
- Fitting, fastening, and securing mechanical components
- Completing quality checks throughout the assembly process
- Working efficiently within a fast-paced production environment
- Following all workplace health and safety procedures
To be successful, you will require
- Previous assembly, automotive, mechanical, manufacturing, or production experience
- Practical experience using mechanical hand and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Good physical fitness and the ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
- The ability to follow written instructions and technical processes
- A reliable work ethic and commitment to workplace safety
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
Experience within the automotive, heavy-vehicle, mechanical, fabrication, or manufacturing industries will be highly regarded. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with a recognised Australian manufacturer in a structured and safety-focused production environment.
