Chandler Macleod is seeking Freight Handlers for a major freight forwarding company for 4 to 7 hour shifts starting from 3:30pm.
This role involves:
- Manual freight handling
- Loading and unloading trucks
- Liaising with truck drivers to ensure quick turnaround whilst actively following all safety regulations and exclusion zones
- Stacking and wrapping pallets
Applicants should demonstrate the following:
- Consistent attendance going into the peak period
- Own transport
- Strong communication skills
- Punctual and reliable
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Able to pass a drug and alcohol test and pass a police check
