Roster & benefits
We're offering flexible work arrangements to suit your lifestyle
- FIFO roster: 4 days, 4 nights, 8 off
- 12-hour shifts across rotating day and night roster
- 12-month casual contract with strong potential for extension
- FIFO flights provided from Cairns or Darwin
What we're looking for
We're looking for operators who can hit the ground running and add value to a high-performing team:
- Proven experience operating HME in a production mining environment
- Strong exposure to haul trucks and large mining equipment
- A proactive approach to safety and teamwork
- Ability to work rotating rosters
- Willingness to complete medicals including PEM, D&A and spirometry
